Job Description

I am looking for someone with experience answering phones, chatting with customers, responding to emails, managing my schedule and scheduling appointments. Individual needs to be available to answer calls and respond to emails from 9am-5pm Mon-Friday eastern standard time. Person should have very good English skills and should be in a quiet environment so as not to distract my callers. You would be given detailed instructions and training to equip on how to answer questions. I am currently use an answering service in the US so I would need to figure out how to get my calls forwarded to an oversea number but I think I could send a vonage box over or something. Let me know if you have suggestions.
