The Client Manager’s main responsibility will be the achievement of sales to secure and grow the revenue position of Strategic Analysis at the Henry Jackson Society. They will be responsible for the whole sales process from identifying prospective new clients, securing appointments, making sales presentations and following through to the close of a successful sale. They will also be responsible for the maintenance of existing client relationships and the farming of the potential client database
The Client Manager will also work with and devise and implement a communications and marketing strategy for Strategic Analysis in conjunction with the Media and Communications Director that utilizes public relations, events and seminars to reinforce brand objectives, strengthen brand perception, bring increased awareness with potential customers, and strengthen communications channels with media.
Additionally, the Client Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s growth with corporate clients across multiple industry sectors. You will bring existing relationships, originate new business and work directly with the executive and the research leadership to develop a business plan that ensures organisational sales/income and profitability goals are met.
The Client Manager will collaborate with the Managing Director to tailor messaging to ensure relevance at events and speaking engagements and work with the Media and Communications Director with regard to print, television, social media, and radio
