Full Time Virtual Assistant

I am looking for an experienced General Virtual Assistant to work with me performing a mixture of personal and (for the most part) work related tasks on a full time basis.
A bit about the job....
You will be required to work on a remote virtual computer from time to time so a good internet connection (with speeds at 1.5Mbps or better) is required.
I am looking for someone who has the ability to think for themselves, is innovative, creative and takes pride in their work.
You must be available to take Skype calls and emails from me when required.
You must be available to work between the hours of 10 - 12am GMT to 8 - 10pm GMT. Saturday and Sunday work may be required from time to time. (All of the above is negotiable)
A short selection of candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications with the position being offered based on the quality of performance in completing some sample tasks which I will give details of. (You will get paid for this regardless of whether or not you are successful or not)
If you are the selected candidate you will be offer a full time (approx 160 hours per month), long term and stable position.
ESSENTIAL attributes/resources you MUST have are:
At least a 4.5 rating
40 Hours or 10 jobs completed on oDesk
Perfect English (Written & Spoken)
Be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Spread sheets.
At least a basic understanding of MS Access
At least basic experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop).
Have experience with data entry.
Web research and problem solving experience.
An ability to create well-constructed, clear and concise reports.
BENEFITIAL skills which are NOT ESSENTIAL but which will be a plus are:
Social Media skills
VBA or .NET (or other) programming skills
Data Analytic Skills (Basic)
The tasks will vary in size, scope and will increase in complexity as your skillset develops over time.

· Testing new custom software installations and reporting any faults
