The customer facing Receptionist/Appraisal Coordinator is a crucial part of the office’s day to day achievements. The Receptionist/Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations as well as performing activities necessary to support business development. The successful candidate must have experience in a range of administrative duties, be able to pay strong attention to detail, communicate amongst peers and be able to work independently and on a team. Clarendon specializes in multi-family and mixed-use property appraisals and market studies, for both conventional and affordable housing.
•Serve as primary receptionist for the office while assisting with communicating with clients
•Provide travel coordination and manage the scheduling process for property inspections
•Calling clients and/or cold calling property owners to schedule property inspections
•Submit and coordinate the receipt of data request to property owners involving detailed written and verbal communication
•Data entry of property information in company database
•Send out staff and client communications using various technology using MS Office, Phone systems and online/social media
•Execute administrative tasks that support directors, principals and Clarendon staff

•High School Diploma
•High degree of initiative, able to work independently, professionalism and can anticipate forethought
•Experience maintaining a schedule and managing an office
•Excellent organizational skills, advance verbal and written communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Independent Contractor/Freelance up to 20 hours per week for 6 weeks (with an opportunity for longer)
•Paid hourly (Paid bi-monthly)
