Overall Business document and sales presentations:

1. Design/Customize presentations for buyers/sellers/investors (listing/Prelist/Buyer/etc…)

2. Create written process and tracking forms for superior customer service

3. Design Sales/Marketing materials, flyers, door hangers, online advertisements, email blasts

Time Management:

1. Keep my schedule updated 2-3 weeks forward with appropriate time blocks (I will provide)

2. Weekly GSR with 4-1-1 for me and VA

3. Hold each other accountable

4. Contract Dates into Calendar


1. Make confirmation calls prior to appointments.

2. Call Expired and FSBO leads

3. Prospect database


1. Data entry into quickbooks

2. Reconcile accounts monthly


1. Data Entry and updating

2. Manage 33 touch and 8X8

3. Lead Tracking and management


1. Update Website, custom buttons/graphics

2. Organic SEO

3. Blog posts

4. Social Media updating

5. Video exiting, Virtual Tour info, Etc.

Buyers & Sellers

1. Create Listing marketing materials (Branded Templates)

2. Epropertysites order sign rider, build out website

3. Custom website creation through eEdge with SEO & Craigslist

4. Welcome Process/Systems through KW Systems

5. Create Marketing Ads

6. Contract to close tracking
