Pizza Dough Making Assembly Line on CATIA
Closed - This job posting has been filled.
I am looking for a complete design in CATIA for a Pizza Dough Making Assembly Line. The design will need to include all parts and assemblies properly built and designed in CATIA using part design and part assembly. All parts should be individual and then assembled together following the regular standard practices of CATIA. I will also require a video rendering from CATIA showing the machine working from the dough entering the machine and exiting the oven as a round pizza.
You can watch a video of a similar much larger scale, more sophisticated machine operating here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TId
All dimensions should be shown on 3D model.
Calculations are necessary to determine measurements of all parts so that the end assembly product is QTY 3 row of round pizza dough of 39g each, 12" diameter and 0.5cm thick.
All materials selected should be regular materials approved for use in the food industry.
I can identify 8-12 parts (maybe more) that need to be drawn.
Fully editable, showing all components and steps files must be provided.
If you are interested, I will provide a hand sketch of the machine showing all parts required. I evaluate this job can be done in less than 18 hours. Deadline to submit all final drawings is MAR 23/2012 so plenty of time for selection of good candidate, design, review and final product delivery.
I prefer candidates with working knowledge and experience in the machine design industry.
Skills: design, video, rendering, drawing
