We are a UK based Internet Company supplying Equipment for bars and restaurants.
We are currently looking for Account Managers to handle inbound calls for both customer service and sales who has experience in handling UK accounts and can speak with acceptable British UK accent.
You should be comfortable in asking for orders, taking sales calls and following up with customer inquiries to ask for sales.
You will only be receiving between 10-20 phone calls per day (UK time 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday).
You will need to develop inquiries to sales, and keep good customer service in order to develop customer accounts to regular purchases and good business relationships.
This is not a case of being bombarded with thousands of calls per day. It is business account management from inception of customer call to progress to sales and relationship development.
Purpose of Role
To provide an excellent customer service in line with the Company’s Call Centre performance standards in handling inbound customer calls, processing customer orders and assisting with stock enquiries and all day-to-day Call Centre operations.
To handle inbound customer calls and process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner
To respond to customer product queries.
To make outbound non-sales and follow up for sales enquiry calls as required.
To maintain call-take levels within defined standards.
To achieve all personal call targets and objectives as directed.
Be knowledgeable of Company’s products and services and keep appraised of changes.
To undertake additional customer/call centre/business activities as directed by the Team-leader.

Knowledge & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Good level of general education (numeracy & literacy.)
Experience of working in a sales environment or call centre/proven customer service skills is a must

Wages: $4 - $5 per hour
Bonus: 0.5% of order value on inbound orders, and 1% on outbound sales.
Average order value is £300 GBP - should be 3-5 orders per day.
You must have clear British UK accent and have experience and complete proficiency in English.
