Office 365 HOSTED Sharepoint 2013 Development - Sharepoint List Customization to be used as multi client issue tracker


Job Description

Looking for someone to help develop a multi client issue tracker for OFFICE 365 HOSTED SharePoint 2013. The issue tracker would be a list that can be accessed by external people and should do the following:
- Create new issue list items from an email (not sure if this is possible with OFFICE 365 Hosted version)
- Use security so that each external client can only see the issues in the list that belong to their company
- Systematically send out emails to the issue creator and person assigned to the issue when the issue is created or updated
- Have a consolidated view of all list items for internal people at our company

Please only respond if you will be able to do this for the Office 365 hosted version because this is different than sharepoint run internally
