Interior Design - Renders & Walkthrough
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
This job consists of designing a Living Room and a Recording Studio, both connected by a Hall. The overall style of the rooms should be fresh, modern, stylish and somewhat impressive and unconventional.
I require 9 renders from different perspectives of the Living Room, 6 renders of the Studio and 2 renders of the Hall (17 renders in total). I require photorealistic image quality, 1920 x 1080 or higher, preferably in TIFF format.
I also require a total of 30 seconds of photorealistic walk-through animations, in Full HD video format, 1920 x 1080 or higher, preferably QUICKTIME ProRes 422.
What is the purpose of this job?
Well, I will shoot footage of a real subject (who will be interacting with a few pieces of real furniture on a green screen) and I will superimpose that footage onto the material that you ultimately would deliver to me. I will achieve this integration in post-production using the Chroma Key effect.
THE LIVING ROOM
(Approximate dimension: 9 x 5.5 meters)
The style of the living room should be fresh, modern and stylish. This living room should be up high, like if it were on the upper floor of a tall apartment building. So, an impressive sky with beautiful clouds should be seen through large windows. Such large windows should let abundant natural light come through. Artifitial lights should also be reflected onto the white walls. One of the wall should be red and attractive. A very large clock should be placed on one of the white walls. This room should include one large couch, among other pieces of furniture and decoration. (Reference image attached)
THE RECORDING STUDIO
(Aproximate dimension: 9 x 5.5 meters)
Among many other equipment, the recording studio should include a mixing console, two sets of speakers and two computer monitors side by side on a desk. It should also include piano keyboards and guitars hanging on the walls as decoration, all in a stylish and modern environment with attractive colors and lights. Within the same environment, but in a different section of the studio, you should include a vintage microphone hanging from the ceiling up to eye level, near other furniture. (Reference image attached)
(Approximate dimension: 2.5 x 8 meters)
The hall style should be modern, futurist and stylish. This hall should be like a white tunnel with curved walls, flat floor and a few round windows on each side. This hall should connect the living room and the recording studio. No furniture is necessary for this particular space. (Reference image attached)
I'm attaching a reference image, called "Top View". In this image, I give you a BASIC idea of the rooms, doors, windows and a few pieces of furniture from a top view.
*** VERY IMPORTANT: Please have in mind that the "mid-size couch", "table", "TV" and "office chair" that you see in this attached image represent the furniture I will superimpose in post-production. Hence, you should not include these particular pieces of furniture in your final design. Instead, I want you to leave that space open, so that I have a place to superimpose my footage and successfully complement the scenes. You surely can place other pieces of furniture and decoration any where else across the rooms.
