A month ago we asked our 260 outlets a survey to determine what products they have available. That survey revealed there are about 60 different products about which we want to catalog details.
Consequently we have prepared 60 slightly different surveys (essentially the same survey re-titled) in Survey Monkey to send back to those same outlets based on which products they told us about in the first survey.
My problem is that it means some outlets will be receiving as many as 30 surveys which will overload them and sour them on the process.
I am looking for someone to help me design key questions so that those 60 surveys can be grouped into perhaps ten - 15 by grouping common themes together. So that an individual outlet might only receive a manageable number of follow up surveys. It will be important that the resulting survey data be easily extracted into its 60 different streams, however there must be a way of constructing fewer surveys to gather the same data.
Please reply with your bid for analyzing our existing surveys and creating a template for a "grouped together" survey for one sample group that I can then copy and paste with minor edits myself to the other groupings I will need.
