Job Description

Hey there,

I'm looking for someone U.S. based to work on a part-time basis (15-20 hours a week) to handle all of the sales reports for my business and some other financial tasks.

Our company is doing about $1 million per year and growing. Right now I am just starting a financial staff, so there will be room to grow.

What I'll need you to manage weekly...

Sales Reports
-Gross Income And Net Income On Weekly Vendor Sales
---Fees and refunds need tracked
---Payouts to affiliates need tracked
-Income From Affiliate Marketing
-Income From My "niche marketing"

Expense Reports
-Organize Monthly Business Expenses
-Gather Receipts From Me, And Input Everything
-Get any and all travel expenses organized
-Employee Expenses

Periodically I'll Need
-Custom Reports (these will be short and simple reports that will need to be finished within 24 - 48 hours depending on the case)
-Reach out to affiliates for tax documentation (this is pretty simple)
-Reaching out to other vendors about payouts

You'll also be responsible for managing my
payout calendar. This is a simple calendar of
when people pay me, and when I need to pay
my affiliates. (some will get paid monthly, some weekly)

This is part-time work for the moment, but if I love
how you handle everything I can get you full-time
work with my company.

Must have experience in spreadsheets, finances, reports,
and excel.
