Software Technical Lead
WiserTogether, Inc. is a well-funded young and growing company, located in Washington, D.C., creating healthcare IT to make sure people get quality care from issue to resolution. If you share our values of creating peace of mind for others, finding answers to hard questions, and being open to people and their ideas, you should talk to us. We are now hiring for a Software Technical Lead to join our talented software engineering team. The candidate we hire will thrive as an experienced technician across the stack, backend and frontend, who feels productive when they are making others productive. We would also love to hear from very strong architects specializing on the backend or frontend. If this is you, you will have a true passion for working with non-technical people to translate business needs and requirements into components and tasks, for working on architecture with other talented technical people in a way which allows others to implement and improve your concepts, and you should look forward to coming to work every day to mentor other developers, strengthen their environment, and help them be more productive. You will be working in a distributed team environment and you should be equally at home leading in-house team members or offshore talent on contract. You should understand the challenges of ensuring communication, engagement, focus and contribution on a distributed team and have the strong personality and leadership skills necessary to make it happen.
