I need a warm, friendly, happy, helpful person to deal with email enquiries. They will need to connect with the people to whom they write, encourage them and help them with anything that they need. This may occasionally involve writing letters or looking things up online. It will be important to keep a record of who has enquired and when then to send follow up mails to anyone who has not got back.
Our email inbox will need to be checked regularly - ideally 3 times a day, every day although some holidays could be arranged in advance.
I have developed a very good system for answering mails and will need to teach it in detail to whoever takes on this job. The successful applicant will also need to learn about my business, a residential Kung Fu training centre in the north of Thailand. I will put quite a lot of my time into giving training in this job. In the beginning I will do my best to be available every day. In the future I would prefer to cut this down to once a week or so. They will need good written English and a good internet connection and should be able to use SKYPE with a webcam.
This is a great job for someone with a friendly nature who is interested in people. Good work will be greatly appreciated and I will manage the job personally with a lot of care.
I can deal with selection this week, work on training for a few weeks then begin the job in June.
To begin with the job will not involve many hours each week but as our business grows, so will the job.
