Job Description

We are after an expert on Zendesk, particularly with easybi.com

We provide outsourced IT managed services for our clients and we would like to produce monthly reports for our clients, showing key infortmation from tickets logged in zendesk.

Some of the info we require are the following:

# Of tickets logged
# of tickets solved
Average Satisfaction rating
User logging the most tickets
Trends/Analysis of common reoccuring issues

A template needs to be created so that we can push out the report to many other clients as well as be able to run the report each month for each client
