Redesign ZoHo CRM and Integrate with Wordpress site using Formidable Pro web forms and sync with Mailchimp
I have developed my own ZoHo CRM over the past 6 months but I made a mistake early on and my "leads" fields no longer match my "contacts" fields so I've been working from "leads" only. I spoke to ZoHo and they tell me that I have to export all of my data, redesign the CRM so the fields match, then re-import the data. I don't have the time to do this so I need a ZoHo professional that understands how I use the system to do this for me.
I use this system for 3 separate real estate businesses so I have 9 separate "address books" (a custom field I created to differentiate them) in the system and I use custom views to show only the leads/contacts for one business at a time. I realize that I should have more than one account but I want to keep this under one account for now so it is IMPERATIVE that the developer understand my model and how I want to use ZoHo in my business.
Part 1 would simply be to export, delete all fields, re-build all custom fields and import the original data.
Ultimately what I'm trying to accomplish is an efficient leadflow that will originate from my wordpress site: www.REsolutionsVA.com using web forms (currently using Formidable Pro) which will submit the lead to ZoHo and automatically sync it to my Mailchimp account.
I'm currently using a Wordpress site with Formidable Pro web forms that are NOT putting leads in ZoHo. If possible I would prefer to keep Formidable forms and have them work with ZoHo but I'm not sure if that is possible. If it is possible the flow would be: Lead submitted via Formidable Pro form > Lead emailed to me and put in ZoHo > Lead categorized into proper "address book" either manually or by rule depending on which page it came from > Lead put in Mailchimp list that matches the ZoHo "address book". This way I could have leads from company A only receiving email updates from Company A and leads from Company B only receiving updates from Company B.
If Formidable Pro cannot be used I think the most efficient setup would be as follows: Lead submitted via Gravity Forms (which I would have to purchase) > Gravity to ZoHo plugin syncs the lead with ZoHo (I would also have to purchase this) > ZoHo categorizes the lead into the proper "address book" according to where the lead came from > ZoHo syncs with appropriate email list in Mailchimp. Again, I would need to make sure that leads were categorized into the proper "address book" before syncing with Mailchimp so they went into the proper Mailchimp list. Business A leads should never get emails from Business B for example.
The right contractor will be one who can communicate clearly, speaks English well, and has experience integrating WordPress, ZoHo and Mailchimp. In addition he/she must fully understand my business model BEFORE starting any of the work.
This is a specialized job so PLEASE DON'T RESPOND WITH A FORM LETTER. I would like to get bids from contractors who have suggestions on the most efficient way to accomplish my goal and once hired start with an initial consultation via Skype so we are on the same page as to what I need done. I will provide credentials for each account and a clear scope of work once we've discussed and decided which setup will work best for my needs.
