Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Purchasing Assistant
I own a real estate investment company based in Texas. We are looking for a virtual assistant who can return phone calls from US-based prospects interested in selling their properties to our company. In the future, this Virtual Assistant will also take on additional responsibilities critical to the success of our business. We're looking for someone who we can work with for years to come.
Prospects interested in selling their properties to us call our number and leave a voicemail with their property's details. Each week, the Virtual Assistant will:
1) Receive email notification when a new voicemail has been received in these voicemail in-boxes.
2) Return calls from these different property owners and read through one of two different call scripts we will provide.
3) Document the responses and results of each call in a tracking spreadsheet that we will provide.
Requirements for this position:
- Able to call US-based phone numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Able to send/receive email
- Able to use file sharing technology such as Dropbox
Payment can be made on a per call or per hour basis. We cannot guarantee a specific number of calls each week as calls come in waves. There may be 30 one week and five the next week.
