Cisco 881 Router and Cisco ASA 5510 Expert - Troubleshoot/Configure QoS

Looking for someone who is an expert in configuring QOS for cisco devices and available today.

Both devices are currently configured, however we are experiencing “SQL lag” and inconsistent inbound voice disruptions. We would like someone to review the configs and confirm any potential issues (if any).
Desired result would be a traffic priority on voice traffic and then SQL traffic followed by all other traffic.
We currently see that neither device are dropping any packets as a result of que buffer or bandwidth issues. Show policy-map interface shows that the 881 has had 0 drops. Show priority-queue statistics shows no tail drops or reset drops.
If we confirm there are no configuration issues we may request assistance with further remote troubleshooting.
