I use Google Forms to design questionnaires but need to do a few things that google forms at the moment doesn't do.
I need the following modules with explanations on how to adapt them and how and where to insert them, presumably via the developer's console:
[My comments in square brackets]
a. I would like to calculate a score for each question, and to calculate a total score that I can then share with the client immediately on submitting the questionnaire with appropriate commentary. "[Needed:] You scored 17 on this questionnaire. This means that you are doing very well [nice to have:] but your score on xyz is only 3 out of 7 and you may wish to work on it"
b. I need more sophisticated piping logic. Based on the answer of the client I would like to include or exclude options in subsequent questions, not just direct them to one or another page. I need people to be piped according to answers given in earlier questions.
c. I need grid questions to be not just one mandatory answer per line but with the option of multiple item selection per line. Obviously each selection made then needs to show up in the resulting spreadsheet.
d. I would like the option to make some of the words in the question (and or options) to be bold.
e. I would like to send somebody an email with a link to my google questionnaire but that link to also contain information about who received that particular email. In other words, I would like to add additional information to each particular google forms link which can then be used in the questionnaire.
