Multi lingual Customer support agents required for email support desk (like zendesk), Mail order company.
We are looking for experienced customer support agents to assist customer via email with their online orders. Ideally you will have experience in a call center or support center with a large company.
This is a part time position of 21 hours per week, you will need to be able to work for 3 hours every day, 7 days per week but holidays are permitted via prior arrangement.
You will reply to customers mostly in English, occasionally you may need to reply in another language so a multi lingual support agent is preferred.
Most emails are in relation to orders that customers have placed with our company, you will update customers on their order status or answer their other queries and concerns.
