Job Description

Our company provides temporary staffing to multiple industries and we are currently looking for the right person to expand our recruiting efforts. This position will take on the challenge of assisting our recruiter by reviewing resumes, pre-screening applicants (via email), setting appointments for our sales team to meet candidates face to face and at some, possibly helping to place online ads

In order to be considered for this position, you must be available to work on holidays, occasional weekends and shifts that may range from 4 to 8 hours per day (24-32 hrs week). This position requires someone who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal), flexibility, strong organizational and listening skills, proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, have access to the internet at all times (since leads will come through email) and finally, requires someone who can take direction well and has the ability to adapt quickly as you never encounter the same day twice.

We may require a clerical test prior to extending a job offer.

* Early shifts may be required (6 am)
* Heavy data entry/must be computer literate
* Typing 45wpm
