Job Description

I’m looking for someone to help me manage my day-to-day affairs and help support the growth of my business.

Your tasks will include:
• Filtering emails based on topic and adding them to a todoist (a chrome plugin(…for me to action. Eventual goal would to be eventually move to you managing most of my emails.
• Adding emails to email marketing software (Aweber)
• Adding posts/images to Twitter
• Adding images to Pinterest
• Load up blog posts using wordpress
• Web Research – Finding contact details of companies, finding cool stuff via Reddit, Using google reader to quickly find interesting blog posts to tweet, pinterest and share with myself.
• Arrange meetings via email and add to calendar
• Add new leads into CRM software – Zoho – Also mange ZOHO so that it is easy for me to use – currently I’m a CRM newbie so looking for someone to provide insight as well as manage.
• Personal – book restaurants – remind me of family and friends birthdays.. Provide travel advice when I’m out of the office.
• Research conferences and arrange it for me to present (I can provide details of presentation..etc)

Interview will be via Skype as I will need to be able to talk to you before we can move forward with work.
