Excellent English speaker required for variety of roles - Full Time ongoing job
We're looking for someone to take on a Customer Service/HR role, with the following skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English. You must be comfortable calling UK clients collecting overdue payments, and handling customer service queries by phone and email
- Experience with HR. You will be responsible for initially vetting candidates for new roles, assessing their overall competence and English level
- Basic knowledge of Wordpress. Sometimes clients will ask for small fixes to their website, and you need to be comfortable enough to do these or assign them to a member of the development team if required.
- Call Centre Experience would be a bonus, as telephone manner and clear communication are important
We are a fast growing team in a fun company whose profile is growing fast. There is plenty of room in the organisation for growth, and for the right candidate this role has huge potential.
Most of the team are Filipino and we are looking to start an office in Cebu so it would obviously suit very well someone based in Cebu, but anyone with the right skills will be considered. The job will be home-based for now.
