I need a workflow and custom workflow action script developed within NetSuite.
There requirement is for document delivery automation for Sales Orders, Shipments, AR Invoices, AR Credit Memos and statements.
A matrix needs to be created where by a customer may be delivered each of these documents eMail, Fax or Printed or any combination. The matrix also needs to account for one or many contacts associated with the customer. Example
Document Contact Email Print Fax
Sales Order Barry Hall X X

AR Invoice Barry Hall X
The fax service is located on a Windows 2008 server and is the standard windows fax. If this is an issue we can use efax.
