Job Description

Hello there!

I am looking for an administrative assistant to do some general random tasks, mostly consisting of:
1. **Online research** - you will be compiling lists of different businesses in my area, with their contact information and other description on an excel spreadsheet.
2. General administrative activities - you will do some copy and pasting, posting of the events on event websites, and other random duties.
3. Transcription - You will be transcribing audio and video files from spoken English to written English in a Word document. You must be accurate and comfortable with transcribing hours of audio.
4. Social Media Marketing - You will be responsible for managing several social media accounts, basically just posting or tweeting status updates here and there and interacting with other social media users.

You must have experience in at least some of the above and should be a hard worker, reliable, smart and creative, and have EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS <--- this is important (if you don't, I know will). It is preferred that you have regular secure access to a internet enabled computer to work from.

You also must pay attention to detail and be a fast worker, it is very easy to notice if you take too long and add extra hours to the job.

You *must also have your own Dropbox account installed* as we will use it to send you audio files to listen to (its free at as well.

This is a PART TIME job 10 to 20 hours a week ON AN ONGOING BASIS. Preference is given to lower bids (from $1 and up, depending on ability and experience. PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO BIDS AROUND $1), but I am know for rewarding work and adding raises over time, if you do a great job! You will want to work for us as I am looking for that one, single, key person to work with in the long term.
