whmcs , cloudflare and cpanel

I need some one to look at my site. I just recently bought a new hosting company and just transferred the site to a new cpanel server. However, it is not sending out any email to my clients. The billing and support emails aren't going out or coming in for support tickets. I need someone to take a look at my site and see what is going on to resolve this email issue.
