Executive Assistant/Project Manager needed for Online Start-Up

Job Description

We are an online start-up company with a current team of 2. We are extremely friendly, fun and driven to achieve excellence.
We will need you to be our Go-To Person for assistance in a range of different tasks:

Admin - General PA and admin duties ranging from organizing travel, to responding to emails or organizing dry cleaning.

HR - Writing job ads, selecting the right candidate and meeting budget range.

Management - Remotely managing staff, ensuring required outcome deliverable is communicated clearly and milestones/deadlines are adhered to.

Social Media - Potentially briefly Managing some basic Company Facebook page.

If you have a great YES attitude, are extremely organized, are a good communicator and are able to help implement the vision of two ambitious entrepreneurs, then we welcome your application.
