Dear All,

Must be able to take ownership of all project and not be told every little thing to do! DO NOT PROCEED UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THIS.

You will be paid well for your work, but commissions and bonuses are paid on results, not talk or good intentions. I must be clear on that. DO NOT PROCEED WITH ME UNLESS YOU GET THAT POINT AND AGREE - PERIOD.

Must be able top create, and post adds on Craig's List, without me telling you every tiny detail, or having me to verify the ads. You must already know how to do this yourself and be able to manage things yourself.

Now, with that said, this is a terrific opportunity top work with one of the most successful home builders in the USA.

I have an opportunity for someone who has advanced skills in Internet Postings, such as Craig's List and etc.

Lastly, I DO NOT PAY ANYONE UP FRONT AS POLICY - PERIOD! So do not apply unless you agree and understand that.


You will be doing daily postings on Craigs List, and others you can find to post for free. The product is a wonderful Custom built Home which I will build on peoples lots. This is in a very boom market, near Washington DC. There is a lot of people building and I build a fantastic home at an affordable price.

You will help make professional adds, with proper English, text and graphics and photos too. If you do not know how to do this then please do not waste time and do not apply. But if you can you are invited. If you know Craigs list, you can re post, as many times as you like, but you must change the adds slightly. You should be able to do this on your own, without me directing every little move of yours. If you cant think for yourself, then please do not waste time and do not apply. If you can do this properly, as I am defining, then you are welcome to apply. I will keep you busy with work each week over the coming months. You should also be able to find other places to post for free, for people looking to buy land and build a custom built home.

I will provide you with a specific list of all the communities to target market. We will start with one or two postings in each town in the defined target geography, while you also look for new and interesting other places to post the ads. If yo, but only if they are reasonable and if it makes sense. If you uncover good places to post on other sites, and they charge a fee, I will consider that. I DO NOT want to be register in a bunch of places and get spammed to death - period! We have to think carefully before posting anything as to what e-mail address to use, my private one, or the companies e-mail, because there is a lot of spam that can happen if we are not careful. Maybe I will create a separate address just for this scope of work.

I am willing to pay a modest amount for this work, it is relatively easy. I have a perfect reputation on O Desk and I DO Pay Bonuses! I will also pay you a commission on any sales that result from leads that you generate which result in sales and the commissions could make you a great deal of money, a lot of money! We can negotiate all of that, but on just one home sale, i would think it might be as much as 1000.00 USD. Give me 20 leads that result in sales and make 20,000.00 USD, plus your base pay! I will also be willing to increase the amount paid to you, once I see your work and some positive leads come in.

Meanwhile I will give you the link to my website, so you can study it for ideas and what it is you will be advertising. Start to formulate ideas etc, about how to make an eye catching ad with some of the home designs (I will give you a list of the top 20 sellers mostly ranch style, but we do build all designs)

I would think I could pay someone, up-to 50.00 for 2 weeks of daily postings (4 hours per day min x 5 days a week and work must be documented) just to see if they do good work and get results. Then we can increase both the work load and pay after that.
