Job Description

• Ability to work or interpret data independently
• Able to work with Excel on daily basis
• Excellent skills in customer service and teamwork
• Work involved preparing daily sales and invoice report and monthly trips
• Posting sales invoices and receipt vouchers in Peachtree Accounting Software.
• Updating and maintaining ledgers in Peachtree accounting software.
• Preparing receivable statements for clients and receivable reports for management reporting.
• Assisting the Accounts Manager in the tasks given by him.
• Preparing bank reconciliations & deposits
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Depositing collections from clients in the bank.
• Follow up, collection and allocation of payments
