I am currently working out and eating healthy, but would like to take my diet to the next level by having a meal plan made up to coincide with my workouts. I would like something that will allow me to build lean muscle, as well as allow me to bring out my abdominal muscles.
I am looking for a meal plan to be setup for my day to day meals. I'd like a list of meals I could eat throughout the day to compliment my workout plan. I'm a student, and I'd like some meals that are relatively easy to make. I enjoy smoothies as well.
