Hiring Manager - Recruitment

I'm looking for someone to assist with managing our recruitment and hiring process. It would also be great if you had experience in project management.
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates for on-going projects. We are looking for an exceptional person with a positive attitude and superior time management skills, someone who is able to juggle multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
Sourcing and screening qualified contractors for on-going projects.
Conduct screening interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Maintain reports of recruiting activities, and make recommendations on recruiting strategies through data analysis of on-going recruiting efforts.
Other project related activities and duties as assigned.
writing or sourcing the writing (i.e. working with writers) of job ads.
Researching best practices for posting on job sites, particularly on craigslist, to avoid having our ads get flagged, removed, or ghosted
Posting job ads on various job at sites
Please include "recruitment manager" in you application
Creating SOP's (standard operating procedures) documents and instructions so that admin assistants can follow when posting job ads
Skype voice contact during the hours you are organised to work
Work schedule planning showing the upcoming days and hours you will be working.
Must be fluent in English
At least 1 year experience in recruitment and hiring
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for technical concepts.

Experience managing others
Someone who can come up with and implement strategies, rather than waiting to be told what to do
Plenty of support will be available for you. I will be there to answer any questions that you have, and help brainstorm on solving any problems we encounter.
To qualify, you must first successfully complete the required Interview and Evaluation Exercises from us. You will also be required to submit references for your previous experience for us to contact. Selected candidates will be hired and paid hourly for recruitment projects.
