A Jackson Mississippi Real Estate Property Management (200 properties) and Sales Company desires to hire one or more full time assistants (40 hours - Central Time Zone) per week with some or all of these skills. We would consider several part time positions since this is a very comprehensive employee wish list that very few people could complete or deliver.
- Receive and answer potential tenant and homeowner calls. 20 to 30 calls per day.
- Receive and monitor repair request from existing tenants. 1 to 5 per day
- Data entry while talking with applicants for rentals.
- Phone and email verifications for employment, rental history and background searches.
- Daily Accounting using “Buildium” online software. If you have an accounting background, this will not be a challenge.
- Video Editing skills for a short 3-minute real estate video from digital pictures provided.
- Simple Wordpress website creation showcasing our properties.
Must have excellent conversational English, follow directions and be available during OUR work hour plus excellent computer and Internet skills. Phone service is essential.
