We are looking for someone to build and scrub our contact database and put together our salesforce.com contact management database.
Our company works with public entities. States, Counties, Cities, Schools, Utilities, Airports, port authorities, public transportation, and any other public entity.
We need to have a systematic approach of building our database, what we have done in the past is Join State Associations like the GFOA www.gfoa.org look up the state association like florida get the pdf of the members, convert it to an excel spreadsheet, scrub the list, and upload it into the database.
We need to go state by state in the us and get all the decision makers into the contact management system.
I am looking for someone to help up put a system into place that we can hire several people to collect the data.
