Job Description

Open for US and Canadian contractors only! Primarily seeking contractors in the North Central and Western US.

We're looking for dedicated Account Managers who are able to WOW our customers by providing top notch support and service through outbound and inbound calls. A combination of experience in sales, marketing and support is ideal. Software sales is a plus!

Routine duties:

Provides support to our clients/prospects surrounding basic and advanced usage of our software products through inbound and outbound phone calls and email.
Responsible for working with client as they transition to our software. Answer questions and help with first sends where needed.
Serves as a backup to the Training team for hosting online training.
Passes product enhancement requests from clients/prospects to our Development team as well as suggests enhancements.
Troubleshoots incorrect functionality in our software reported by clients, prospects, and internal users and reports these to Tier 2/Development when necessary.
Tests pre-release versions of our software and provides feedback to Development.
Creates and maintains product documentation.
Assists in Training internal staff on new/modified features of our software with each release, as well as known issues for product features and how to work around them when needed.
Assists clients/prospects with installation and configuration.
Up-sells additional development and add-on features.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills Team-Player with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Flexible, reliable and dependable hard-worker with the ability to prioritize job duties regularly.
Intermediate knowledge of PC and computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Browser Troubleshooting a must).

Additional Skills/Experience Desired:
Comfort and experience conducting hosted training meetings (GoToMeeting, Join.Me, etc.)
Basic understanding of the telecommunications industry and cloud computing
Experience working with an Issue Tracking system and CRM software
Basic HTML Knowledge a plus
