Job Description

We are looking for two technical support specialists. Applicants will be required to:

Provide product and technical support for web based product via Live Internet Chat. Must have experience with multiple browser support.

Must be able to type good English. Fast typing preferred.

Training Hours: (First Week) Monday-Friday 12PM ET (noon) to 5:00PM ET

After completing training, you will take one of the following full-time shifts:

Monday-Friday 9am ET to 5pm ET


Monday-Friday 5pm ET to 12am (midnight) ET

The two support specialists will alternate working on weekends (one weekend on, one weekend off) during the following hours:

Sat-Sun 12pm (noon) ET to 6pm ET

Must have a reliable Internet connection and will be required to do a short test with our support system.
