Their advance d online tools and dynamic websitepositions them as a formidable competitor to the traditional real-estate marketplace and they are now looking to add a dynamic Live Chat Customer Service Representative to their growing team.

Ideally you are comfortable communicating with customers via online tools (e-chat), have a strong customer service philosophy as well as a passion and drive for sales. You must thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment.

You will:
- Work with potential candidates to create an incredible buying experience
- Chat Online through the most advanced customer service/sales portal
- Book clients for onsite meetings
- Manage client relationships by offering a superior level of customer service, product and account knowledge

You should have:
- A passion for sales and customer service
- Experience in on-line chat customer service
- Experience preferred with salesforce.com
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Sound organizational and interpersonal skills
- An excellent client service and relationship building ethic
- A passion for sales
