We are currently looking for the best qualified individuals who will be part of our Lead Generation team. Please see the details of job and requirements below:

Job Description:
1) Acquire new contacts to expand existing database via phone and internet research
2) Complete Lead Generation / Survey assignments as and when provided
3) Invite Senior-level professionals to attend business events
4) Manage targets as per project requirements.
5) Maintain process standards to ensure smooth workflow and good relations with other Departments/Project Managers
6) Provide feedback on any market situation, relevant to the project being handled
7) Work at home reporting to our Hong Kong office
8) The company will pay for the installation and monthly fees of internet connection and VoIP

Requirements:
1) With a minimum speed of 1.5mpbs & fully functional desktop / laptop with MS Office
2) A minimum of 6 months to 2 yrs experience in a fast paced environment will be an advantage (preferably call centre / telemarketing industry). Smart freshers are welcome to apply
3) A quiet working environment/mini home office, ideal for taking in and making out going calls.
4) Strong phone etiquettes with confidence level to converse with C-Levels and Directors of organizations. Open to street smart techniques when dealing with different organizations
5) Strong at internet surfing, with basic knowledge of office tools such as MS Excel & Word
6) Target oriented individual with strong passion to maintain deadlines in terms of quantity and quality, with an eye for details
7) Able to install fixed internet connection (DSL / broadband) with PLDT or BayanTel only and Cordia VOIP to your home office, the company will pay for the installation and monthly fees (TBD)

Employment Type: Contract / Project-based, Freelance, Full Time, Temporary
Working hours: 9am-6pm (includes 1 lunch break),
Working Days: Monday - Friday
