Your day to day will include but is not limited to:
-Being on Chat at least 6hrs a day answering questions and concerns from clients and future clients.
-Lead Generation - You will be researching leads and generating lists of qualified contacts.
-Customer Support - You will respond to current clients questions during the course of the day helping with any problems that arise
-Inquiries - These are from future clients or interested parties that you will have a 2hr or less response time from when they first contact us.
-Set Appointments - Any clients or future clients that you cannot help you will set appointments for a team member to respond to.
You are the first response between the visitor/client and you must be able to professionally handle customer/consumer interaction in a professional manner.
You must be able to read/write/speak English proficiently
You will need a reliable internet connection as well as phone connection for this job.
