This position is primarily responsible for generating qualified leads for ESG and ESG’s Clients via telephone and email. Daily tasks will include identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, positioning features and benefits, and overcoming objections. You will be able to work independently while contributing to a team goal for your campaign. Extensive training is provided.
An ideal candidate will possess a solid business sense and the ability to communicate effectively to ESG’s “Perfect-Fit” Prospects. Excellent telephone communication skills are essential. Ability to qualify and promote a lead through strong persuasive interpersonal communication skills. Professional and polished communication skills: verbal and written. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
SALES ACTIVITY EXPECTATIONS:
1. Calls: Meeting minimum talk time and call expectations (average of 4 hours and 80 dials per day) to New Business Prospects
2. Conversations: 10/day
3. Opportunities generated: 2/day
4. Update CRM Daily
5. Uncover and Document new sales objections to help improve sales and marketing communication.
