We are looking for a motivated and creative individual (or small agency) to manage our eBay Store. We have had much success the past several years with our eBay Store and we are looking for someone to not only maintain the high quality we have established but to grow and take our store to the next level.
The eBay Store Manager will be primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding the budget goals (both revenue and cost) that we have set for our eBay Store.
This will be accomplished by:
-Maintaining and updating our current listings;
-Adding new products (as they come available);
-Using creative and innovative marketing techniques to generate more visits and thus more sales to the eBay Store;
-Continually update the look and feel of the store;
-Work with our "order processing staff" to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped on time;
-Maintaining an above standard feedback score as well as other eBay standards (e.g. Performance, PowerSeller level, Policy Compliance, and Account Status);
-Using eBay-powered marketing and promotion tools (e.g. newsletter) to market the store;
-Respond to customer questions and other customer service related activities.
The compensation will be a small base with a larger commission structure on sales.
The ideal candidate must:
-Have experience managing and growing an eBay Store for either themselves or other companies;
-Understand the basic concepts of roller skates and/or be willing to understand and learn our product (roller skates);
-Be friendly, outgoing, and professional;
-Have excellent organizational skills;
-Be very customer friendly focused;
-Have a drive to excel and produce high-quality work.
