Consolidated Inventory & Price-book Access Database Design
Looking for Access database expert to build database & user forms for expanded inventory management, also integrating price-book reference.
Multiple column reference including part number, short & long description, primary & secondary vendor contact/cost/notes, along with primary & thumbnail picture link, documentation (pdf) links, product notes, etc, also integrating price-book features with multilevel & quantity discount pricing structure. (7 total levels).
User forms to include new part entry & vendor entry & multi-level mark-up price entry.
(With new product entry I'd like to explore the possibility of a pre-formatted (drop down?) list within form having a pre-determined set of formulas/mark-up options to allow choosing type of margin/markup a particular product)
Reports to include std. inventory reports, including filtered product & vendor lists.
Last, I would like the ability to export price-book data into a pre-formatted "catalog" style pdf/html/spreadsheet, based on pricing level and/or qty. discount level, to use for customers & at web shopping cart.
