I am looking for a VA with awesome PHONE sales skills! IT IS IMPORTANT YOU CAN SELL AND BUILD RAPPORT! You will be primarily taking warm fresh leads and negotiating with home owners to sell their house at a discount.
Hours will have a wide range, but primarily 8am-12 and 3-8pm.
I am looking to hire a few virtual assistants for my real estate investing. At first you will be responsible for lead generation through craigslist (cold calling and emailing). Then you will progress into qualifying the sellers.
Looking for someone who has EXCELLENT English and previous sales skills. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ENGLISH SPEAKERS!!! Pay will be hourly plus a bonus.
