We are a Consumer Financial Company seeking English speaking skilled VA. Your job will consist on working on multiple tasks throughout the day, the more skilled the better.
You will responsible of answering our phone using (Ring Central). Setting and confirming appointments, transferring calls and taking messages. Follow up with existing clients on a weekly basis, inputting new client information into our two business software platform.
You will have to have experience with excel to build spreadsheets and deliver monthly reports, word document for special task and power point. If you have experience with INFUSIONSOFT that would be much better. You will also update our social media pages to keep our fans up to date.
