I require someone with experience in engineering to create diagrams based on a theoretical description of a mechanical process acting on the human body.
4. Total stress acting on the structure of the body is proportional to the resultant forces and moments acting on the COG; which are caused by an imbalance in muscular forces and thus, reaction forces. Any deviation from the precise combination required for equilibrium at lowest energy cost indicates inefficiency. Therefor, degree of inefficiency is proportional to the resultant force/moment acting on the COG.
5. Muscle chains containing an elevated level of stress will be represented by deviations from the ideal in reaction forces at the ends of the agonist-antagonist chain that contains the imbalance. Changes towards the ideal distribution of reaction forces demonstrate improvement of skeletal muscular efficiency and momentary ability and will coincide with a reduction in the resultant force moment acting on the COG.
9. The sum of the vertical (z) reaction forces is equal to body weight. Thus, an above ideal vertical force exerted by a particular area of the foot will be equilibrated by a corresponding reduction in vertical force in another part of the foot, changing the resultant moment.
10. The sum of the horizontal (x and y) reaction forces is equal to the sum of the frictional force. The lever arm of a frictional force is larger than that of any possible internal force, resulting in a maximum resultant moment about the COG. Thus, ideal frictional force distribution is zero, producing zero moment about each axis.
11. A moment diagram of the contact areas will indicate the area of greatest stress. Conversely, an idealised moment diagram of the contact area will provide the idealised reaction force distribution. Improving the force distribution towards the idealised model will allow maximum force and moment production abilities, increasing total PE.
