Job Description

I am looking for an Administrative Assistant in North America to help me manage my daily schedule. You will be using specific websites as assigned to locate and evaluate real estate for purchase. You will also be given specific territories to cover - these could be anywhere in the USA. All work is from home, using the internet. When you find a potential property, you will email the information to my subscribers and then post to several real estate listing sites.

Evaluation of a property will include reading the reports associated with the property, assessing the amount of repairs required using a formula you will be provided with, comparing recent nearby sales and estimating the after repair value of a property.

The hours needed are your choice Monday through Saturday but no less than 5 hours per week. I may consider up to 20 hours to start with more hours being added as you gain familiarity with the process.

Complete training is provided and should take no more than 2 or 3 hours.

Contractor requirements

You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (native speaker preferred, but not required). You must also be familiar with the following software and websites: Microsoft Office, Craigslist, Facebook and LinkedIn.
