Outbound call centre style role - excellent spoken English required.
We are looking for an individual to run an audit of our in-house database.
This audit will include reviewing our existing customer database details, calling the businesses and checking on the phone numbers, email addresses etc and adding new or updated information.
Applicants need to have a very high standard of spoken English, excellent phone skills and experience with call centre environment would be preferable, previous work with Excel spreadsheets and general computing skills. Reliability, efficiency and good communication skills are also expected for this role.
These calls will need to be made to Australian landline and mobile numbers. You will need to have access to a phone system which allows these calls to be made and also take into account anytime differences between your location and Australia.
Hours will be discussed upon successful application.
