We use Zoho for corporate email, and are looking to create a basic employee portal where staff can search an employee directory (name, location, position, phone/email, etc), request leave and submit reimbursement check requests.
Would like some basic workflow so that leave requests get routed to requestors supervisor, and expense requests get routed based on check amount. With either option approval or rejection notices are sent back to requestor once complete.
Looking to minimize data entry on front end, so if new employees can be added to portal after a new ZohoMail account is created that would be terrific.
