Customer Service w/ Good English and Reliable Internet Connection

We are an online cellphone accessories company and are looking for a professional with experience to provide customer support to our clients. Not only phone, but email and live chat as well. Required hours are 10 am-6 pm EST (NY Time).
You have to be available during those time frames.
Take customer phone calls and assist them in requesting a replacement, processing RMA (Refund), or just answer questions customers might have regarding a product or their order.
You must learn the products we are selling, so that you know what to say if asked for information about it.
Be polite and speak English. You must have the ability to handle communications in a professional manner. Always be positive.
You must answer all the emails and contact your manager for any help or assistance to deal with a customer.
