If you have passion for electronics and you are an energetic were looking for a Full Time Experienced Customer Service Sales Agent for our Electronics Retail website. Previous Job references and previous work history on odesk is a Must.
-Ability to learn fast and retain knowledge in this fast pace electronics field.
-Enjoys consumer electronics and technology. Constantly keeping up with changes in the industry.
-Natural Sales Talent and able to upsell customers
-Must be able to work from 10am to 7pm Eastern Standard Time. Monday through Friday. Saturday is optional half day.
-Must be fluent in English (verbal and writing). Second Language is not required but is a great asset. French or Spanish.
-Able to multi-task. Answer multiple phone lines and online live chat service
-motivated person to help improve our company customer service and grow our business.
-Long term work and full time hours.
-Slow time / Down time to provide personal assistance with other tasks
