Philippines Sales Agent Wanted.
The following are tasks required:
A) Handle incoming phone calls and customer tickets from 9 AM to 5 PM PST Customer Service (California Time) Monday through Friday .
B) Ensure every ticket is solved
C) Ensure notes are made in our CRM and the proper transaction is placed (if needed) for every transaction
D) Provide weekly reports of hours worked
E) Follow our customer service guidelines and standard procedures
F) Handle outgoing phone calls and listen to voicemails to respond to customer inquiries
G) Save sales and try to retain customers
H) You must leave notes on every single transactions
You must have worked for a major companies and have significant customer service experience. Please tell me why you are highly qualified to begin.
