Job Description

Hi there fellow oDesk user,

- Do you like to write and can inject a bit of personality into your articles?
- Are you interested in the finance niche (credit cards in this case)?
- Are you an analytical person, able to reason and build conclusions based on data you're presented with?
- Are you a stickler for correct spelling, punctuation and grammar?
- Are you a native English speaker, or were at least raised speaking fluent English?

If not, then read no further!

I'm building a credit card review and information website with a lot of features and high quality content, with the aim to build a comprehensive database of available credit cards, as well as articles with advice, tips, and so forth, all focussed around credit cards and credit card spending, personal finance habits, what's going on in finance news that can affect credit card holders and so forth.

I also have two part time researchers on the case and they've been building a massive list of credit cards (over 100 and growing), including all of the standard information about each card, as well as references to each card by other articles, reviews, forum comments, etc. I have been building a small content management system for managing the content on the website and the credit card editing section is basically ready to go, and need a 150-300 word article/analysis on each card, as well as ongoing articles and content for the site. You'll be drawing from the research that's been done and building each credit card page based on that information.

I would like somebody who can start with a few hours per week (I'm funding this out of my own pocket) and we can see how we get on and potentially increase the workload over time if desired. Outside of the credit card reviews, I will have certain keyphrases I want targeted, but will also be open to your own ideas (if you have them) on articles or blog posts that could benefit the site. You are also welcome to request additional information from my researchers if it will help your writing.
